Pistachio cake with saffron whipped cream filling and frosting. Request was for a simple design with green color. So, I came up with a simple fault line cake , with gold flakes.

My first chessboard half sheet cake. All the chess pieces and chessboard are handmade with chocolate . The most difficult was these pieces to make. They are so delicate to handle, and had to make them several times . Though being difficult and tedious to make, this was probably one of the most fun cake to make. This was actually an eggless red velvet cake with cream cheese filling and buttercream frosting. Let me know how you liked it!

A midweek cake in one day notice. Typically I bake cake only if they tell me four days ahead, since I need to consider , designing, coordinating with other bakes etc. And also not to mention, baking late night. But at the end, it's done, my most popular cake, Rasmalai cake. Layers of saffron infused cake layers soaked in rasmalai milk alternated with rasmalai flavored whipped cream.Topped with pieces of succulent rasmalais.

Because life needs more chocolate, I present to you an eggless chocolate cake, with chocolate buttercream filling and vanilla frosting. Dusted off my Russian tips and brought out the big guns, decorating this simple flower cake with ribbon piping and enough cuteness to cause sugar comas from the little bows.

An unique carrot cake design, keeping the same color theme. This cake is a moist egg free/ eggless carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. If you look carefully I have piped little carrots on top , to keep the authenticity of carrot cake design. Let me know how you liked it.
