Fresh baked ciabatta rolls at home. The sweet aroma of freshly baked bread, filled our kitchen in the morning. It smelled delicious, tasted delicious. I love it when you cut open a freshly baked roll, smear with butter and then dig in. With all those air pockets filled with melted warm butter and oozing out when you take a bite...yumm. These are perfect to make sandwiches, or just toast it and have it with soups.

My first chessboard half sheet cake. All the chess pieces and chessboard are handmade with chocolate . The most difficult was these pieces to make. They are so delicate to handle, and had to make them several times . Though being difficult and tedious to make, this was probably one of the most fun cake to make. This was actually an eggless red velvet cake with cream cheese filling and buttercream frosting. Let me know how you liked it!

A midweek cake in one day notice. Typically I bake cake only if they tell me four days ahead, since I need to consider , designing, coordinating with other bakes etc. And also not to mention, baking late night. But at the end, it's done, my most popular cake, Rasmalai cake.
