Peach Cobbler will be prepared in many households this season as we are in full holiday swing. In my family, we historically referred to this dish as “Peaches N Dumplings”…when ingredients were scare and food needed to be stretched, you formed biscuits from dough and added it to various dishes. Sweet dishes, savory, broths and stews. These are the “dumplings”.
