🌱Who are you? Capriana is a young female entrepreneur based in Asheville/ Great Smoky Mountains with a love for BBQ and all things vegan.
🌱Why vegan? I want to provide a HEART-friendly, ENVIRONMENTALLY-friendly, and MORALLY-friendly BBQ option to the greater Asheville area.
🌱How did your business start?
First moving to the Smokies I was shocked to find that the vegan BBQ options were very slim. The South has a very rich BBQ culture and my mission is to spread that culture to the vegan community!
