Nothing beats the smell and taste of fresh, homemade pizza straight from your own oven! This simple, versatile recipe will satisfy any pizza craving with a crispy crust, tangy sauce, gooey cheese, and your favorite toppings.

🛒 Ingredients:

For the Dough:
- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
- 1 1/2 cups warm water (110°F/45°C)
- 3 1/2 – 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt

For the Sauce:
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste

For the Toppings:
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil leaves (optional)
- Your choice of toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, olives, etc.)

3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Add shrimp; cook until pink (2-3 minutes). Remove shrimp.
Pour heavy cream into the skillet, simmer, then whisk in Parmesan until smooth. Season.
Toss cooked fettuccine in the sauce, add shrimp, and heat through.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot!
