Your luteal phase is your body’s reminder to slow down, tune in, and nourish a little deeper.

As your hormones shift after ovulation, you may notice changes in your energy, appetite, mood, cravings, and digestion. This is your cue to lean into steady, grounding nourishment — think protein, healthy fats, complex carbs, fiber, hydration, and plenty of minerals.

More cravings? More hunger? A little less energy? You’re not doing anything wrong. Your body is asking for support. 🤍

Save this guide for your next luteal phase, and share it with someone learning to nourish her body through every phase of her cycle.

One day or one hundred days, every day your baby spends in the NICU asks everything of you.

This September, for NICU Awareness Month, we’re holding space for the parents who learned to measure hope in grams and milestones, the tiny fighters with the biggest strength, and the NICU teams who become family in the hardest moments.

If you have walked this road, we see you. Your grief is valid. Your love is enough. And you are no less a parent for the days you spent waiting to bring your baby home.

Swipe through for a reminder worth coming back to, including our VP of Marketing’s wife Kierstyn’s story of her son born at just 25 weeks and the nearly three months that followed.

At Chiyo, we believe healing begins with being cared for, especially in the seasons when everything feels out of your control. However you are getting through this chapter, take it one day, one hour, one moment at a time.

To every NICU parent reading this: share one small moment that meant everything to you. We are reading every comment.

Save this for a parent who needs it today, and send it to someone still in the thick of it.

September said: hello, cozy season.

These early-fall picks bring plenty of fiber, antioxidants, and essential vitamins to the table, while supporting digestion, steady energy, and heart health as the seasons shift.

Consider this your sign to make a little more room for seasonal produce on your grocery list.

Which September staple are you adding to your cart first?

Every woman’s PMOS looks different.

For some it’s irregular or painful periods. For others it’s insulin resistance, weight that shifts without warning, acne, thinning hair, fatigue, or the anxiety and low moods that quietly come with it. Two people can share the same diagnosis and almost none of the same symptoms.

PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome) is a complex hormonal and metabolic condition, not a measure of your willpower, your choices, or your worth. Your symptoms are real, and they are not your fault. September is PMOS awareness month,

So be gentle with yourself. Your body is asking for understanding, not blame, and the right nourishment can meet it there.

Our Hormone Balance program is built to support your body through exactly this, one meal at a time.

Save this for the days you need the reminder, and send it to someone who does too. 🤍

She said she’s fine. She’s said it a hundred times this week.

For 1 in 5 mothers, “I’m fine” is covering a maternal mental health condition. 75% of them never get help, and often it’s because no one asked the second question. The strongest women hide it best, because everyone depends on them not to fall apart.

You can be the person who asks again. “How are you, really?” It takes ten seconds and it can change everything.

📞 Call or text 1-833-TLC-MAMA or 988, 24/7.

Save this for the resources. Then text one mother in your life and actually ask. 🤍
