There’s a cultural obsession that food tastes better when you’ve “earned” it. After a workout. After a breakup. After climbing something unnecessarily steep. But what if it tastes better because you’ve earned nothing? Because you DIDN’T run today? Because you’re not sad, you’re just…alone, horizontal, and in love with the fact that spaghetti at 1am doesn’t require a conversation. This isn’t rock bottom. This is room service. And it’s f*cking beautiful.
