Bright citrus. A touch of smoke. Summer in a glass.

2 oz ZOMOZ Mezcal
1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
½ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz agave syrup

Top with sparkling water

Shake the mezcal, grapefruit, lime, and agave with ice. Pour into a salt-rimmed highball glass over fresh ice, top with sparkling water, and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
