I’ve been on a vegan “seafood” kick lately because I used to love seafood. I was scared of vegan shrimp for some reason lol but I tried and I really enjoyed it! The air fryer really does amazing things to food— the texture was spot on so I made some tacos 🌮 What are y’all’s thoughts on vegan shrimp?? Lmk 👀

Vegan lasagna from and swipe for a deconstructed hamburger bowl! 🍔 🍝I need to start asking these restaurants which vegan cheeses they’re using because I feel like I only like a few… but these were so good!!!

I made oyster mushroom sushi!!!🤩🍣 I took it upon myself to experiment yesterday because I spend so much money on vegan sushi. I feel like I opened a can of worms because now I may want sushi every day 😭😭I can’t wait to keep practicing!!

VEGAN! GRILLED! BBQ! TOFU!!! 🍴🍴I’ve been playing around a lot with tofu a lot lately. I went from never eating it to falling in love with it. The way it absorbs flavor and how easily the texture can be transformed…. I’m a huge fan! I mean, just look at it. And this is no filter😍😍😍😍

I made a vegan spicy mushroom teriyaki over turmeric pilaf yesterday and it was 👩🏾‍🍳💋I like my food hot and spicy preferably so this hit all the spots. Looking forward to finalizing a recipe for this one!
