The official end of the summer snack 🦢 . Cauliflower chips!!
You’d be surprised how many people ask us how we get our chips into the shape of the veggie. No we do not take cauliflower grind it up into powder and mix it with some weird ingredients. We only slice whole florets into the perfect bite size, crisp them and sprinkle with salt.

Our basket Meadow Lane
It was a warm rainy day in NYC when we popped by looking for a snack and of course to visit our vegetable chips.

The store is petite and very curated. We really took some time to explore all the unique products they chose. They had our SixMix, Cauliflower, and Zucchini Chips in stock but our other SKUs were sold out! The staff had great things to say about Root.

Lovely produce in baskets that lead you into the pantry.

Obviously we had to sample the hot crispy GF chicken tenders and house made juices right then and there. The chicken tenders are all the rage but green juice has not gotten enough hype! YUM.
Sammy can we have Meadow Lane in LA????

Proof that summer plans can be as simple as finding a patch of grass and opening a bag of chips. 🍅
