GRAB UR JUICE BOX we’re making 5-ingredient pizza pockets 🍕💌🧃

INGREDIENTS:
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
½ jar marinara (we’re picking sauz obviously)
8-10 slices pepperoni
¾ cup shredded mozzarella
1 egg, whisked
Italian seasoning

HOW TO:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Unfold one sheet of puff pastry and cut into 2 even sections lengthwise. Then make two slices across, in thirds, to create 6 even rectangles. Place the rectangles of puff pastry onto a parchment lined baking sheet.

2. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of sauce in each section, leaving 1-2 centimeters from the edges and between the sections.

3. Top each section with 2-3 slices of pepperoni, about ¼ cup mozzarella, and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.

4. Brush the edges with egg wash, then place the remaining pastry over the top. Press down to seal and form three individual pockets.

5. Cut apart and crimp edges with a fork to fully seal.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp. Let cool for 10 minutes.

6. Serve with extra marinara for dipping ❤️‍🔥
