Aloha everyone! So as we all know, the beautiful island of Maui was recently devastated by deadly wildfires that destroyed the town of Lahaina and left much destruction and unimaginable loss of life. Growing up in Hawaii on Oahu, I never imagined seeing such tragedy hit my home. I had taken an extended hiatus from Kanak Attack due to mental health reasons, and although this might be late in speaking out and addressing the ongoing situation in Maui, I believe better late than never to try and help those affected. Being all the way in LA, I felt helpless seeing what unfolded, and tried to think of a way to help. I decided to donate 100% of purchases of my Li Hing Pineapple Sour Rings with Chamoy Pineapple to recovery efforts. I ask you to please support and purchase if you can, so those affected can continue to receive relief and financial support during this difficult time.
