Feminine Sacred Rage, in blue. 🩵

An afternoon of giving our anger somewhere to go. To be felt, expressed, witnessed, painted, screamed, moved through the body, and transformed.

Together with HARA , we explored rage not as something to fear or suppress, but as a sacred force. We painted our bodies and a collective canvas in blue, then gathered around the table for a plant-based dinner inspired by blue lotus and butterfly pea.

So deeply grateful to Allie Cameron and HARA for trusting Füde to dream up this experience together and for giving us the space to bring this vision to life.

And to Lihi Benisty , who helped guide us through the beautiful, messy, powerful release of the day, to Caster House for allowing us to get a little messy in your beautiful white space, and to every person who showed up behind the scenes to cook, prep, carry, clean, pour, photograph, hold space, and make the day possible. I made a pomegranate rose elixir, carrot cake bites (been loving carrot cake lately :)) , watermelon bites, blackberry & Monty’s cream cheese bites on the most beautiful artisanal flower crackers by Flouwer Co. ® , fresh cherries, endive bites with peanut sauce and fermented beets, cucumber dill bites. A dragonfly spends about 95% of its life becoming itself, and only 5% of it being seen as the fully formed dragonfly we admire.

I hosted one of my favorite Füde experiences to date Caster House with the Dragonfly Ladies of SCNA, six decades of women in one room, 20s to 70s, undressed, honest, completely unrelated to one another.

We talked about motherhood, choosing not to be a mother, being q***r, trusting your instincts, going for it in life instead of waiting for permission. Cynthia looked around mid-discussion and asked, “Do you want to hear from the greys now?” Best line ever!

What it looks like to grow older. What it sounds like to still be figuring things out. How much less alone we all feel by the end of it.
