🇪🇹 Ethiopian food on Martin Luther King Day! What a great way to celebrate the dream by exploring cuisine of the African Diaspora. My fiancé hasn’t had Ethiopian yet so he had a try and loved it! Lots of spices in the food and eating with our hands just brought us closer to the meal. We got Lamb Tibs and Spicy Steak Tartare with chickpea and collard green sides. I can’t imagine a better way to enjoy this Monday than experiencing this with my love 😍. Hope you all try foods of every diaspora and keep growing your pallet!

Surprisingly being from California I’ve never had a California Burrito! I just found out about it recently and it’s mainly sold throughout ! I found in and was so excited to try their Cali burrito 🌯
So good I can describe it as a breakfast burrito meats a typical burrito ! The fries and cheese in the burrito just leveled up what would be an average carne asada burrito. Would totally try this out again with two meats like shrimp 🦐 and steak 🥩

Pike Place Market was so crowded and full of life (and food 😊) In classic Seattle fashion it rained down right after capturing these photos so be prepared.
Highly recommend checking out as they have fresh oysters from the market and a great view on the second floor of the whole port area. Would love to come back and check out their other eateries like and .fishpoke
