This bottle is special.
100% Carignan Blanc. Three weeks of skin contact. Aged for a year.
It drinks like toasted cider, stone fruit, and wild herbs. Earthy but still bright.
Carignan Blanc is rare to begin with. Almost always blended. Finding it bottled on its own, in magnum, is almost unheard of.
It was a real crowd pleaser last weekend as we went through 6 magnums in a 2 hour lunch service. Wild!
