A healthy, delicious, tangy, spicy take on the most famous Indian street food! This turned out so so delicious that I had to share this. Using Brussels sprout instead of the fried puffed puris turned out so delicious!

Wash and boil the Brussels Sprouts for 5-7 mins. After they cool down smash them individually using your palms or back of a cup. Line them on baking tray and drizzle them with some olive oil, chaat Masala, red chili powder and salt. Bake them at 400ยฐ f for 15-20 mins, turning them halfway or until crispy. Take them out and drizzle some vegan coconut yogurt, tamarind chutney, mint chutney, onions, chaat masala, sev and cilantro.
Add more toppings to your liking and make it your way.
