A healthy, delicious, tangy, spicy take on the most famous Indian street food! This turned out so so delicious that I had to share this. Using Brussels sprout instead of the fried puffed puris turned out so delicious!

Recipe โฌ‡๏ธ

Wash and boil the Brussels Sprouts for 5-7 mins. After they cool down smash them individually using your palms or back of a cup. Line them on baking tray and drizzle them with some olive oil, chaat Masala, red chili powder and salt. Bake them at 400ยฐ f for 15-20 mins, turning them halfway or until crispy. Take them out and drizzle some vegan coconut yogurt, tamarind chutney, mint chutney, onions, chaat masala, sev and cilantro.
Add more toppings to your liking and make it your way.
Enjoy it anytime of the day guilt free.

๐Ÿฅ—This Asian slaw is the most delicious and easiest salad I have made. Great way to get all those lovely colored vegetables in and healthy. I pair it with a ginger peanut butter dressing that takes this salad on whole another level. This is a great salad for summers and also to enjoy throughout the year.

๐ŸฅœGinger Peanut Dressing
- peanut butter
- minced ginger
- brown sugar
- soy sauce
- red chiili sauce (sambal)
- lime juice
๐Ÿฅœmix all the ingredients together and whisk it well. Use hot water as needed to thin out the peanut butter. Add the ingredients according to your taste and use this dressing for your salads, rice paper rolls, as dips and much more. You can make a big batch and keep this in your refrigerator and use as needed for up to 4-5 days.

Mango being one of our familyโ€™s favorite fruit, I had to make these easy and hassle free mango mousse cheesecake jars. When my friend divya Divya Jhaveri | Food Blogger]] posted her mango mousse recipe , i knew I had to try making them. I followed the exact recipe for the mango mousse by Divya Jhaveri | Food Blogger]] and it turned out amaaaaaazzziing !! This no bake dessert got ready within minutes and disappeared even faster. Such a classic summer treat this is.
For the crust in the bottom I simply just crushed up some graham crackers and added melted butter to form a thick layer in the bottom of the jars for some texture. This will definitely be my go to recipe when I am craving something delicious and something quick.

Simple, basic, healthy quinoa and beans tostada. We love eating tostadas loaded with lots of salad, avocado, beans, quinoa and sour cream. Itโ€™s such a satisfying meal anytime of the day and you can change it up with your favorite toppings. Another great way is to load it up with grilled veggies and cheese and bake it in the oven. One of my familyโ€™s favorite! The tostada shells from are the ones I love using for this.

The name says it all. Yes this spaghetti is made simply with garlic, basil and sun dried tomatoes as the main ingredients. This makes such a great weeknight meal as it comes together in less then 20 mins. This is one of those comforting foods that I can never get enough of. It is so so delicious with great flavors. Tandoori Chicken

Tandoori Chicken
(5 pieces )

Marinate the chicken leg quarters with salt, lemon juice ,turmeric and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste . Keep aside for an hour. Then drain all the water out after an hour.

In a bowl add 1/2 cup hung curd or sour cream. Add cumin powder, paprika, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt, black pepper. Add more lemon juice and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste . Heat up 4 tbsp mustard oil and once cooled add to the mixture. Mix everything together and add a pinch of powdered red food color. Mix everything and marinate the chicken in the paste for at least 5-6 hours or overnight. Then bbq until cooked or air fry @ 400ยฐ f for 30-35 mins or until Cooked through! Enjoy !

I am a huge lasagna lover but hate the hassle of making layers and keeping it intact. So these work perfect for any gathering you are having. I have such wonderful and lovely memories of enjoying pineapple pastries as a kid back in India. I am sure many of you feel the same. This was the only flavor that was magical to me and it is still today. No matter how many flavors we create and eat but these pineapple pastries has all my heart. I followed the recipe from Shivesh Bhatia] and I was so so happy with the outcome. This recipe is totally nostalgic for me and it has become my kids favorite too. I will definitely be making these again and again!

After weeks of festivals and celebrations and Indulging so much sweets this soup was exactly what we were craving. A hot and sour egg drop soup. I have used Better Than Bouillon] vegetable base for the broth that I absolutely love for all the soups and gravy and then load it up with vegetables and egg ribbons and flavored with Ching's Secret] sauces.
If you are looking for a quick weeknight wholesome meal, this bowl of soup has it all. Perfect soup to warm up the cold winter evenings!

These instant vegan jalebiโ€™s are so fun to make and so delicious. Growing up, jalebiโ€™s use to be a staple in every occasion and auspicious ceremonyโ€™s in every household and we have continued that tradition. Try it out!

Recipe โฌ‡๏ธ
โ€ข 1 cup AP flour
โ€ข 1/4 cup rice flour
โ€ข 2 tsp coconut yogurt
โ€ข 3/4 tsp baking powder
โ€ข pinch of orange food color
โ€ข 1 1/4 cup water or as needed for the consistency of the batter
For sugar syrupโฌ‡๏ธ
โ€ข 2 1/2 cups sugar
โ€ข 1 cup water
โ€ข 1 tsp lemon juice
โ€ข 8-10 strands saffron
โ€ข 2-3 pods cardamom crushed
โ€ข few pinch of orange food color
Processโฌ‡๏ธ
โ€ข add flour, rice flour, baking powder to a bowl and mix well. Add yogurt and food color. Now add water slowly to get a nice pourable batter consistency. Should not be too runny or too thick ( should be like dosa batter consistency ). Make sure there are no lumps and cover and set aside for 15-20 mins
โ€ข for the sugar syrup, heat water and sugar on medium flame. Keep stirring and once it comes to a boil add in lemon juice and stir. Add saffron and cardamom at this point and cook for additional 2 minutes. Add the food color and turn off the heat.
โ€ข To make the jalebi, in a wide bottom pan heat ghee/ oil. Fill a piping bag with the batter. Cut the tip of the piping bag according to how thin or thick you want the jalebiโ€™s. Once the ghee/oil is hot, keeping your piping bag upright quickly pipe swirls to make jalebiโ€™s. Do not overcrowd the pan. Cook for 25-30 seconds each side and once done immediately soak them in warm sugar syrup for 30-40 seconds.
Garnish with some crushed pistachios / nuts and serve hot or cold !
