This meal was super easy to throw together and SO full of flavor!
☆ Thai Turkey:
1/2 lb ground turkey
1 tsp garlic, minced
1/4 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 Tbsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
▪︎▪︎▪︎
Cook ground turkey in skillet until no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients and heat until combined
☆ Asian Slaw:
1 cucumber, spiralized
1 cup cabbage
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 green onion, chopped
4 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 Tbsp So Nourished granular sweetener
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp water

Mix all until combined
👉 Fill romaine lettuce leaves with Thai turkey and slaw. Top with fresh cilantro and EBTB seasoning

🥣 Blueberry Vanilla Overnight Oats~ You definitely need to try these!

1/2 cup gluten free oats
1 tbs chia seeds
1 cup vanilla almond milk (will need to add more in morning to rehydrate)
1 tbs greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla collagen (can sub for protein powder)
Dash of cinnamon ~mix ingredients well and store in fridge overnight, top with Greek yogurt, blubs, banana, cinnamon, creamy PB and vanilla almond granola

Imperial Coffee Stout Marinated Ribeyes topped with a cream sauce on the .co X series 🥩 ☕️ 🍺 🔥

I love some coffee on my steak. These ribeye were marinated in a mixture of my new Imperial Coffee Stout Rub from , stout beer, soy sauce and hot sauce for 1 hour. 👍
Steaks:
- 3-4 Ribeyes
- 3-4 tbsp of Butter
Marinade:
- 2 tbsp of Imperial Coffee Stout from
- 1/8 cup of Stout Beer
- 1/8 cup of Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp of Hot Sauce
- Oil, as needed
Cream Sauce
- 1/8 cup of Stout Beer
- 3 Garlic Cloves, whole
- 2 sprigs of Thyme
- 1 sprig of Rosemary
- 1 cup of Heavy Cream
- Salt, as needed
Instructions:
1. In a food safe bowl or bag, add your ribeyes along with rest of the marinade ingredients. Let marinate in fridge for 1 hour.
2. Preheat your .co X series for medium high fire (about 375F). Add your skillet + oil to grill 2-3 minutes before cooking
3. Add you’re steaks to the skillet and cook for about 4 minutes per side or until cooked to 120F internal for medium-rare. Once flipped, top steaks with butter and let melt. When done, pull off and let rest for 8 minutes.
4. Pour out used oil from skillet and deglaze skillet with stout beer. Add the rest of the cream sauce ingredients, mix and let simmer over medium high heat (stirring often) until thickened (about 8 minutes).
5. Slice into your steaks, top with cream sauce and enjoy!
