A whisky shaped by clouds, sea air, and centuries of quiet patience over Hitoyoshi.

Born from koji spirit and matured in a layered trio of refilled White Oak, Manzanilla Sherry, and French red wine casks, this limited 2022/2023 edition captures the essence of place—pure, atmospheric, and unmistakably Fukano.

On the nose, sugared plums, mulberry, fresh rain, and soft baking spice rise like a passing storm. The palate unfolds with cherry blossom, honeysuckle, orchard fruit, toasted macadamia, butterscotch, and tropical skin. The finish lingers in a creamy hush of spice, ripe plantain, and white-chocolate-covered cherry.

A fleeting moment in time—captured, bottled, and meant to be discovered.

Our Managing Director is currently presenting a selection of rare and limited Fukano expressions at select locations across O‘ahu — a quiet holiday treat for those who appreciate the art of true Japanese whisky.

This is also a rare chance to meet and speak with a legacy family member from our family-owned, traditional distillery in Hitoyoshi, Kumamoto, Japan — a living connection to generations of craft and culture behind every bottle.

Fukano Whisky lovers, a quick update from our Hawaii tour!

At this particular location, the response has been absolutely overwhelming—so much so that we’re down to the very last bottle here before closing time. But don’t worry, there are still a few more chances at our other stops!
