Massy Soups Best Soups Ever Meet my Grandmother Massy. But to me, she has always been my Massy. Welcome to Massy Soups!

Of course, some knew her better as “The Blue Angel” or as a war hero, but most knew her simply as Marlene and some knew her as a glamorous legend of the silver screen. She got the nickname when my eldest brother, Michael, had difficult saying Marlene when he was very little, and his innocent mispronunciation stuck. I decided to call the company Massy Soups to reflect the culture and traditions of

my family and its experiences with food, specifically in Europe and Eastern Europe. I’ve been making these soups ever since I hovered over my mother’s stove and then spent my first summer in Paris with my “Mass” as a child, where she taught me how she cooked and introduced me to the culinary world of France. That was followed by another 40 years of cooking with her and my mother, Maria, who in many ways is the reason we’re here today. Both these women did so much to help change the world for the better, both in peacetime and at war. This company is dedicated to them, and their most important message: “Food is love”.

Beef Tea (Advance Orders Required)
For anyone run down by stress or illness, this broth gently but effectively restores a wide range of digestible vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to the body. It is also used in cases when nausea is a problem, as it is more digestible than other forms of protein. The “Broth” is bland, but adding a touch of sea-salt, and a little parsley makes it delicious. Each pint is the equivalent of eating 3 lbs. of high-quality steak without fat or other heavy, indigestible ingredients or fiber. During all her films, My Grandmother regularly delivered this Broth in thermoses to her co-workers on the set, including John Wayne, Billy Wilder, Jimmy Stewart, Alfred Hitchcock, and many others.
