01/01/2026
As we close out 2025, I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting.
This year wasn’t easy. Rising costs, tariffs that directly impacted our products, and a huge shift in how people shop—from in-store to online—challenged us in ways I never could have predicted. Every decision felt heavier. I wish our prices could be lower. I truly do.
And yet… here we are.
Because of you.
Your loyalty, your repeat orders, your messages, reviews, and word-of-mouth support carried XO Baking through another year. In a time when so many small businesses didn’t make it, we somehow did. Going into our 15th year, I don’t take that lightly—most businesses don’t survive this long, and it’s humbling to still be standing.
2025 also reminded me how important the people behind the scenes are. I could not do this without my husband and family, who have supported me through every high and low. And I am endlessly grateful for Regina, who has been by my side for the past 11 years—your loyalty, hard work, and belief in this business mean more to me than I can ever put into words.
2025 reminded me that resilience doesn’t always look flashy. Sometimes it looks like showing up every day, adapting when you’re tired, and continuing to believe in what you’re building—even when the road is rocky.
I don’t know exactly what 2026 will bring. But what I do know is how grateful I am for this community. If you’ve ever bought a box of XO Baking, shared us with a friend, baked something for your family, or cheered us on—thank you. Truly.
As we step into the new year, my biggest ask is simple:
please keep spreading the word about XO Baking. It means more than you know.
Here’s to resilience, gratitude, and whatever comes next 🤍
Happy New Year.
