Taking time away with my kids reminded me what all this hard work is really for. Grateful for the memories, the laughs, and the chance to reset before we close out another wild year. ❤️

To my team — thank you for holding down the fort while I was gone. This year tested us in every way. From the fires in Altadena and Pacific Palisades to constant economic and political changes, we faced challenge after challenge… and still found a way to pivot and thrive. 🔥

We’ve worked so hard to build a team and a business that can operate even when the boss isn’t there — a true sign of growth, trust, and strength. That’s something I’m incredibly proud of. 🙏
