Our kitchen renovation starts today! This area will be cut down to counter height and the post cut out to create a peninsula.

We will keep are our two Wolf ovens then add large oven and induction stovetop by .

recycled material countertops will then be added. Can’t wait to see the finished results in 4-6 weeks! Then, I can get back to baking bread!🙏 Stay tuned!

With cooler Fall weather finally arriving here in California, these large sourdough Pullman loaves have been a regular bake here in our house these days.

This one is with a stiff, slightly sweet starter and 20% malted whole wheat. A touch of milk powder and EVO add a ton of flavor and texture.

Perfect for toast, grilled cheese or any other sandwich you fancy.😁

This has been my go-to sourdough loaf for years. It’s a nearly 4 pound miche with my rye starter, RY-16 that I created many years ago with fermented grapes.

Complex flavors and I always use organic artisan craft flour. 🔥 Cheers to the weekend!
