Mexican White Trash Casserole 🍽️🌶️

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (like rotisserie chicken)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies), drained
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 3 cups crushed tortilla chips (or use Doritos for added flavor)
- 1 cup frozen corn (or canned corn, drained)
- 2 cups Mexican blend shredded cheese, divided
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning (adjust to taste)

Instructions:
1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
3. Stir in the drained Rotel, black beans, corn, 1 cup of the shredded cheese, and taco seasoning. Ensure everything is well incorporated.
4. In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips evenly over the bottom.
