Having a Halloween party this year? Make your cocktails extra spooky by garnishing them with eyeballs! You can do this two different ways: scrape off most of the red skin on the radish (just enough to make it look veiny), cut out a hole and stuff it with an olive cut in half OR stuff lychee with a blueberry and if you're going for the bloody eye look, you can add red food coloring (just make sure the lychee is dry). Happy Halloween!

Did you know a typical pina colada has more calories than a big mac? The average serving of one ounce of 80-proof alcohol contains about 90 calories but when you factor in all the mixers, it adds up. Here's my alternative to a pina colada that's half the calories - blend 2-3 ounces of Malibu Rum (coconut) with ice and a splash of lime and you have yourself what has come to be known as the "coconut cruise". Try it and let me know how you like it!
