Decided to build a cabin bed over the stairs bulk head in my sons bedroom. Happy with the outcome creating more space (Few more photos added). To answer a few common questions, it's a standard single mattress, we went with a red wall as I support Liverpool, plus it goes with other themes such as spiderman, avengers/Marvel, Blaze...etc, Room size is 2.15m x 2.65m and the boxing in the room is the stairs bulkhead. And it was cheaper than buying a quality bunk bed
And the work (with the right tools) was approximately 24 hours
Room dimensions are 3m x3,5m
The height to the ceiling is 2,7m
Space between floor and platform is 1,8m
Space between platform and ceiling is 0,9m
