An update on Say Cheese…. Say Cheese is operating out of a commercial kitchen at NOOR in Pasadena. In addition to catering and taking cheese orders for pickup, Say Cheese will be offering monthly pop-ups in collaboration with Private Chef Allison of Rustic by Allison and owner of Say Cheese. We will be offering artisanal cheese from around the World and California and celebrating seasonal flavors and our regions food at the farm-to-table dinner.

We are currently working on our website, which will have updated information.

I come bearing exciting news this afternoon - as of September 1, 2025 Say Cheese has officially been sold to Allison Martin Holt.

Please join me in congratulating her as she steps into this exciting new adventure.
