We made Banana Bread again! This time using King Arthur Baking Company's All Purpose Baker's Companion Cookbook again (we just added chocolate chips to the recipe!); needless to say it came out deliciously, gooey, and caramelized.

Its almost Christmas time! We're playing Christmas tunes nearly every day now... and these Ginger Molasses Snaps came out PERFECTLY - not to mention finally getting to use these super cute mini holiday cookie cutters we bought like 5 years ago... love love love these and their small size makes them incredibly easy to snack on 😍

Our second collaboration with Guildford Green - an epic winter feast with Steak, Peas, and Stuffing paired with an awesome sparkling red wine. This was the first sparkling red I've had the chance to enjoy and it was an incredibly memorable experience and I look forward to trying a sparkling red in the future. It paired wonderfully with the steak (proud of those grill marks too!) and the peas brought the necessary pop of color and brightness to the meal.

Okay - so two types of pork dumplings here, one that is 100% pork filling, the other was 30% pork and the rest veggies (mushrooms, tofu, greens, etc.) and honestly there wasn't a huge flavor or texture difference which makes me excited to experiment with more fillings. I'm also proud of how my dumpling folding is coming along (in these images there a little over-zoomed so the may appear as a mass of chili oil covered noodles... but I refuse to apologize for that LOL)

Definitely digging the massive amount of Cilantro/Coriander too...

Did you know you can make meatballs in a food processor? I had some leftover beef and ground it up with some pork to make really delicious baked meatballs - served with some homemade marinara sauce (with basil and oregano form the garden of course)? Boom. Don't mind the chili flakes... we like it spicy 😅

Did someone say holiday baking? Well we've been cracking open King Arthur Baking Company's James Beard Foundation award winning cookbook "The All Purpose Baker's Companion" and made this epic Coffee Cake (bundt pan for style points) and holy cow it did not disappoint.

Its Thanksgiving Tomorrow!!! We hope you're looking forward to a feast with family and friends. We LOVED making this meal with a little help from Guildford Green (check them out for an awesome selection of seasonal wines year round!)! A delicious meal of Hassleback Butternut Squash with Hassleback Apples, Roast Chicken, and Roasted Brussels Sprouts.
