🥧 Best No-Bake Mini Banana Cream Pies Recipe
🛒 Ingredients:
🍪 1 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers
🧈 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
🍌 2–3 ripe bananas, sliced
🍨 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
🥛 1 1/2 cups cold milk
🍦 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
🥣 1 cup whipped topping or whipped cream (plus extra for topping)
🥧 Mini cupcake liners or silicone molds
👩🍳 Directions:
1️⃣ In a bowl, mix crushed cookies and melted butter until combined.
2️⃣ Press about 1 tablespoon of the crust mixture into each mini cupcake liner. Chill in the fridge while you prep the filling.
3️⃣ In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix, cold milk, and vanilla extract for 2 minutes until thick.
4️⃣ Gently fold in whipped topping to make the filling extra light and creamy.
5️⃣ Place a banana slice over each crust.
6️⃣ Spoon or pipe the pudding mixture over the banana slices, filling each cup to the top.
7️⃣ Top with a swirl of whipped cream and an extra banana slice or cookie crumb, if desired.
8️⃣ Chill for at least 1 hour before serving to set.
