Recently, our founder Robert Hayk spent time in California with Paul Hobbs and James Suckling to taste and discuss Hayk & Hobbs Cabernet, Bulgaria, and the future of wine.

The most interesting part of the conversation wasn’t a score.
It was the recognition that younger consumers are increasingly open to discovery, authenticity, and regions that have been overlooked for too long.

That matters.

Because great wine regions do not disappear.
Sometimes they simply wait for the market to catch up.
We believe Bulgaria is one of those regions.
