My experience in the culinary world has made me diverse in cooking. Prior to opening my catering and private chef services. I worked for Bon appetit as a Sous chef. My work at the Getty center was a launching pad for my culinary success. As a consultant I have traveled the globe to Europe! In Sweden i guided a Steak house on presentation, menu development and Staff training. After traveling I was

hired by various High profile celebrities and Public Figures. Also i had the pleasure of cooking for the "noble members" and the Academy members. My goal is to create a culinary experience that will make my clients and guest to appreciate a Private chef. I love all kinds of food! Italian, French, Middle eastern, Seafood, latin, European, and Asian cuisine.

I made mini souffles for dinner tonight. Duck eggs, Swiss cheese, fresh thyme and freshly grated nutmeg with a bit of milk and butter. Yum! I'll be sharing the recipe on the blog soon.
