Ingredients:
4 apples, peeled, cored and cut into wedges
60 ml (1/4 cup) butter
60 ml (1/4 cup) firmly packed brown sugar
4 medium Old El Pasoโ„ข flour tortillas (6-inch [15 cm])
Cooking spray
Ice Cream With Vanilla
60 ml (1/4 cup) caramel sauce; warmed up
Steps:
Preheat oven 230ยฐC (450ยฐF). Spray a 20 or 23 cm (8 or 9 inch) baking dish with cooking spray (1.9 L [2 quarts]).
In a 25 cm (10 in.) skillet, heat the apples and butter over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until the apples are tender. Add brown sugar and cook until melted.
Spoon a quarter of the apples onto each tortilla, then roll up. Place seam side down in baking dish. Spray tops of enchiladas with cooking spray.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ice cream and garnish with drizzles of caramel sauce. Enjoy !

My mom used to make these every Saturday morning when we were kids, and the smell alone would wake us up before our alarm ever could. I hadn't thought about them in years until I found myself with barely anything in the kitchen last weekendโ€”just an egg, some yogurt, and flour. No oven. No fancy ingredients. Just a craving for something warm and sweet.
These little beauties are basically magic. Fluffy, golden, studded with chocolate chips, and dusted with cinnamon sugar while they're still warm from the pan. They taste like a cross between pancakes and soft little doughnuts, but somehow better than both. My husband ate four straight off the plate before I could even take a picture.

The batter comes together in one bowl, and they cook in about 5 minutes. No waiting. No oven preheating. Just pure, soft, melt-in-your-mouth comfort that tastes like a lazy Sunday morning should.

**INGREDIENTS:**

โ€ข 1 egg

โ€ข 3 tbsp sugar (45 g)

โ€ข 1 sachet vanilla sugar (8 g) or 1 tsp vanilla extract

โ€ข 3 tbsp oil (45 ml)

โ€ข 1/2 cup yogurt (120 g)

โ€ข 1 1/2 cups flour (180 g)

โ€ข 1 tsp baking powder

โ€ข Cinnamon sugar for dusting

**INSTRUCTIONS:**

1. Whisk the egg, sugar, and vanilla sugar together in a bowl until slightly frothy.

2. Stir in the oil and yogurt until smooth and creamy.

3. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix gently until just combinedโ€”don't overmix.

4. Fold in the chocolate chips or raisins.

The bread that drives everyone crazy, the no-knead garlic bread that still works!
Ingredients :

500g of flour

1 packet of dry yeast

2 teaspoon salt

3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)

350 ml of warm water

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Preparation:

1. First mix the flour in a large bowl with the dry yeast, salt and minced garlic. Then add warm water and olive oil.

Mix well with a spoon or spatula until all the ingredients are combined. Then the dough remains slightly sticky - it's absolutely true!

2. Now cover the bowl with a clean torch and let the batter rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until it doubles in volume.

3. Then lightly grease a bread mold or pastry plate. Then gently pour the raised dough into the mold without kneading it.

Finally, bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees (vault/sole heat) for about 30-35 minutes until bread is golden brown.

Easy Yogurt Cake
Fluffy, moist, and made with simple ingredientsโ€”this no-fuss cake is a sweet everyday treat!
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 eggs, separated
- 240 g (1 cup) yogurt
- 60 g (ยฝ cup) all-purpose flour
- 20 g (2 ยฝ tbsp.) cornstarch
- zest 1 lemon
- 20 mL (1 tbsp.) lemon juice
- pinch of salt
- 100 g (ยฝ cup) sugar
METHOD:
Whisk egg yolks with yogurt, lemon zest and juice.
Mix cornstarch and flour, add dry ingredients to yolk mixture.
Beat the egg white with a pinch of salt until frothy. Start adding the sugar, while working with a mixer. When stiff peaks form, gradually fold the egg whites into the batter.
Pour into an 18cm cake tin and place in the ovenproof dish filled with hot water.
Bake at 150C/302F for 60 minutes.

Homemade Mexican Pizza ๐Ÿ•๐ŸŒฎ
Ingredients:

- 1 pound lean ground beef

- 1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasoning

- 1/2 cup water

- 6 medium flour tortillas

- 1 can (16 ounces) refried beans

- 1 can (10 ounces) red enchilada sauce

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 cup shredded pepper-jack cheese

- 1 Roma tomato, diced

- 1 green onion, diced

- 1 small can sliced black olives

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF. Spray two baking sheets with non-stick spray. Place 3 tortillas on each sheet.

2. Bake the tortillas for 3-5 minutes, flip them, and bake for another 2-5 minutes until golden and crispy. Set aside.

3. In a skillet, cook and crumble the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain the grease.

4. Add taco seasoning and water to the beef, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 10 minutes and set aside.

5. In a microwave-safe bowl, warm the refried beans. Spread a thin layer of beans on one tortilla.

6. Top with 1/3 of the meat mixture, then place another tortilla on top.

7. Spread 3 tablespoons of enchilada sauce on the top tortilla. Sprinkle with cheddar and pepper-jack cheese. Add diced tomato, green onion, and sliced black olives.

8. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas to create three pizzas in total.

9. Bake the pizzas for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Allow them to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

DUMP 4 INGREDIENTS INTO A SLOW COOKER!
Ingredients:

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

1 cup chicken broth

1 can of cream of chicken soup

1 box of stuffing mix

1/2 cup of water

How To Make It:

Plop your chicken into the slow cooker. Then pour your broth on top of it. Next, place your soup, stuffing, and water into a bowl, mix it together and spoon it on top of your chicken.

Cook the ingredients on the low setting for seven hours. When you come back to your pot youโ€™ll have a tasty moist chicken and the best stuffing youโ€™ve ever had. Enjoy!

I used chicken thighs in this recipe. You can use any chicken you prefer, boneless or bone in. I also use 2 boxes of stuffing and double all the other ingredients. Itโ€™s SO good!

Directions:

Cabbage (500 g), shredded

3 eggs

1 teaspoon of black pepper (4 g)
Vegetable oil for frying
For the sauce:
3 tablespoons of yogurt (75 g)
2 sprigs of dill, chopped
1 cucumber, grated
Red powdered pepper, to taste

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, chopped onions, minced garlic, eggs, flour, salt, ground red pepper, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Amish White Bread
Ingredients
2 Cups warm water about 110-120 degrees
โ…” Cups white sugar
1ยฝ Tablespoons yeast
1ยฝ Teaspoons salt
ยผ cup vegetable oil
6 cups flour
DIRECTIONS
Place sugar and water in bowl
Sprinkle with yeast and let dissolve 5-15 minutes
Add salt, oil and half the flour mix together.
Add remaining flour. Change to dough hook and mix till its pulling away from the sides.
Pull out onto lightly floured surface and knead shortly
Place in greased bowl flipping to cover both sides.
Top with saran wrap or damp warm towel
Set aside in draft free area and let rise till doubles in size. About 1 hour
Remove cover and punch down.
Lay out on lightly floured surface and cut in half.
Flaten out into rectangle and โ€œjellyโ€ roll into a loaf.
Pinch ends together and place in greased 9ร—5 bread pans.
Repeat with other half.
Cover and let rise till double in size about 30-50 minutes.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Once double in size bake for 25-30 minutes.
Pull out and brush top with butter.

Big Apple Fritters

Ingredients:

2-3 peeled apples 1 1/2 cups when diced

1 cup flour

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 tsp salt

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/3 cup milk

1 egg

2 TBS cinnamon sugar mixture 2 TBS sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon

Oil for frying the fritters

Instructions:

Combine the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder, and whisk until combined.

In a small bowl whisk the milk and egg until combined, add into dry ingredients and mix until just incorporated.

Toss the apple chunks with the cinnamon & sugar and dump the mixture into the batter, stir just a bit to move apples around.

Heat oil to 370 degrees.

Fry heaping spoonfuls (or use a cookie scoop) of the batter (being sure you get apples in each scoop)until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes),

If frying in a sealed fryer, shake basked around just a bit during frying to ensure even rotation of cooking. If cooking in an open frying pan/poy, flip fritters using a spatula or fork to ensure even cooking.

Once fritters are removed from the fryer, place them on a cooling rack with paper towels under to catch any drips. If rolling in cinnamon & sugar, do so as soon as you can handle the fritters. If sprinkling with powdered sugar or dipping them in a simple glaze, allow them to cool a bit more.

To make glaze simply combine 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, a splash of vanilla and 1-1 1/2 TBS milk. Stir until smooth and drizzle over fritters or go ahead and dunk them in. If dunking them in, allow them to set for a few minutes and enjoyโ€ฆthey donโ€™t really โ€œkeepโ€ that way. Fritters are best enjoyed soon after you make them while still warm. For best results fry in batches of 3 or four. I use a small cookie scoop to make dropping the batter into the oil nice and easy.
