As a Lead Cook, you should be:

Cooks are responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing and cooking menu items. The cooks are also responsible for the final plate preparation and presentation.
As a Line Cook you will:
• Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry and vegetables
• Act as prep cook for few hours in the morning or whenever required
• Know and comply with Rangeen’s Cooking standard
• Handle, store and rotate all food properly
• Assist in proper plate presentation for all dishes
• Handle, store and rotate all food properly
• Understands how to open and close the kitchen and follows all kitchen station checklists
As a Prep Cook:
• Responsible for cutting, chopping, prepping and getting the items ready for line and lead cook
• Know and comply with Rangeen’s Cooking standard
• Handle, store and rotate all food properly
• Understands how to open and close the kitchen and follows all kitchen station checklists
• Assists with stocking and organizing daily and weekly deliveries, and setting up the restaurant kitchen stations
• Responsible for the setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment • May need to assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils, etc.
Our Cooks need to:
• Possess the highest quality of food standards in food prep and cooking methods
• Stand and/or walk for an entire shift - From bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Work with a sense of urgency, and are able to multi task throughout their shift
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members.

Salary
Line Cook: $16-18 per hour for part time
