I love orzo and I think it should be used way more often, and she shines in this one. Sweet Pepper Swai, Garlic & Herb Orzo, with Brown Butter Broccoli. The fish is sweet and succulent, the orzo is earthy and herbaceous, and the toasted butteriness of the broccoli is legit. A squeeze of lemon over it all and chow down. Meow! ✨😻🦋🖤🔮

I love me a good salad and today was the day. Roasted Beets, Power Greens, Fried Goat Cheese, with Strawberries & Bacon in a Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette. Obviously the star of the show was that fried goat cheese. Kinda old school, but so am I… 😉 Perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious. Meow! ✨😻🔮🖤🥗
