팝업 카트로 시작해 2026년 첫 매장을 연 이곳은 이튼 산불 이후 주민들에게 직접 커피를 나누고 구호 행사에도 참여한, 알타데나 커뮤니티와 함께 성장한 카페입니다.

Bevel Coffee is a must-visit neighborhood café in Altadena(Pasadena).
Inspired by owner Kevin Mejia’s Honduran roots, Bevel roasts its own coffee and creates distinctive drinks using locally sourced honey and house-made syrups. Local favorites include the Vanilla Elderflower Latte and the aromatic Cardamom Latte.
What began as a mobile coffee cart and community pop-up became Bevel’s first permanent café in 2026. Following the Eaton Fire, the team delivered coffee to residents and supported local relief efforts—making Bevel much more than a coffee shop.
Come for the carefully roasted coffee and stay for the warm sense of community.
