Slow Cooker Amish Kielbasa Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb baby potatoes
- 1 1/2 lb smoked kielbasa, sliced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- Salt, if needed
- Freshly ground black pepper, if needed

Instructions
1. Layer whole or halved baby potatoes in a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker.
2. Add kielbasa, onion soup mix, and butter.
3. Pour chicken broth around the edges.
4. Cover and cook on LOW 6-7 hours or HIGH 3-4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
5. Gently stir in the buttery onion juices, season if needed, and serve hot.
