Our Story

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been in the kitchen cooking and eating and eating and eating. From making simple pasta dishes to concocting the perfect rib roast for Sunday dinner, I take immense joy and pride in crafting delicious dishes. Coming from a Caribbean and Black American family living in New England, I was immersed in a wide-variety of cuisines and cooking styles growing up.

As an adult, I’ve continued exploring new culinary horizons and even considered going to cooking school! I ultimately chose a different path, but Ive never stopped cooking for friends and family.

Spicing my dishes has always been an integral part of completing the perfect meal, and I want to share this with my Salty Crew.
