I read some business advice once that I have passed on to every one of our copacking clients. I don't remember who said it, but I think about it all the time.

If you wouldn't make any changes to your product 6 months after launch, you waited too long.

Meaning, if you wait until it's perfect, you waited too long. There will ALWAYS be changes. And that's good! It's growth. Get out there, do it and make the changes as you grow.

The cans on the left are where we stated, the cans on the right are where we are today. We tweak Veranda constantly. Sometimes it's little. Sometimes it's big. How many changes can you find?

For this moment, I am so very happy with these babies! (Until tomorrow, when I will likely tweak again. Craig will be there to supervise.)
