Dear Customers,

We want to thank you for being such loyal Pop-Up Pantry patrons. We are so honored we've been able to share the dinner table with you, and our chefs are delighted their dishes reached thousands of American homes like yours since our service launched last summer.

We're writing you today with some unfortunate news. After six months of delivering exclusive 3-course restaurant-quality dinners to doorsteps across America, we are making the difficult decision to suspend operations. Our promise to ship a delicious, high-end and exclusive product beautifully has been an expensive undertaking and one that we cannot sustain. Sadly, we have decided to wind down the company and liquidate its assets in the form of an Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors.

We are proud of the successes Pop-Up Pantry has achieved in such a short period of time. Our dedicated team sought to fill a void in dining around the country, and your support of the company proved America’s demand to eat well has never been stronger.
