The man behind the Farmstand is here to show you how it works.

Who better to demo the Farmstand Nook than the CEO & Co-founder himself? walks you through everything — setup, care, and why it just works. The Farmstand Nook is our compact indoor hydroponic system that grows fresh lettuce, herbs, and veggies year-round. 30-minute setup, automated lights and watering, and less than 5 minutes of maintenance a week.

Plants mature in ~3 weeks and keep producing for up to 3 months, saving you up to $900 a year on groceries. Fresh food at home, made simple. 🌱

virgil wrote poems about it. egyptians put it in love potions. arugula has been quietly iconic for a very long time. ✨🌿

and yet most people have no idea there’s medicine in that bite.

that peppery sharpness is bitterness — and bitterness wakes up your digestive enzymes, gets things moving, and helps your body actually process what you’re eating. it’s a go-to for mediterranean and ayurvedic healers for exactly this reason — and a beautiful plant for spring, when the body wants to lighten and clear.

eat it as a simple salad with lemon + evoo (honestly one of my favorites). blend it into pesto. pile it onto heavy meals to help them settle. let the bitterness do its thing.

the more you know. and remember: nature knows ✨🥬
