Spots still open in my bread class this weekend. Learn not just sourdough, but fresh milling. Learn how and why sifting and instant yeast created the ultra processed modern industrial bread mess we're stuck with today. I'll teach you how to turn a handful of locally grown grains into a more digestible and lower glycemic bread our ancestors would be proud of.
