Make meal prep bold, filling, and seriously easy with these high-protein sausage veggie bowls—roasted, flavorful, and perfect for busy days!
1. Garlic Herb Sausage Bowl
Ingredients: 1 cup sliced chicken sausage, 1 cup diced potatoes, 1/2 cup carrots, 1 cup broccoli, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp parsley, 1 tsp garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Directions: Toss sausage, potatoes, carrots, and broccoli with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Roast at 400°F for 25–30 minutes. Top with parsley and serve.
2. Honey Mustard Sausage Bowl
Ingredients: 1 cup sliced chicken sausage, 1 cup diced potatoes, 1/2 cup carrots, 1 cup broccoli, 1 tbsp honey mustard, 1 tsp olive oil, black pepper.
Directions: Roast sausage, potatoes, carrots, and broccoli at 400°F for 25–30 minutes. Drizzle with honey mustard, toss well, and pack into meal prep bowls.
3. Cajun Sausage Bowl
Ingredients: 1 cup sliced chicken sausage, 1 cup diced potatoes, 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup carrots, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp Cajun seasoning, green onion optional.
Directions: Coat sausage and veggies with olive oil and Cajun seasoning. Roast until golden and tender. Top with green onion for extra flavor.
4. Lemon Pepper Sausage Bowl
Ingredients: 1 cup sliced chicken sausage, 1 cup diced potatoes, 1/2 cup carrots, 1 cup broccoli, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning, lemon juice optional.
Directions: Toss everything with olive oil and lemon pepper seasoning. Roast at 400°F for 25–30 minutes. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
Meal prep tip: Store in airtight containers for 3–4 days and reheat in the air fryer or skillet to keep the sausage crispy.
