I absolutely LOVE going on The Rhode Show! It’s always a blast being in the kitchen, sharing my love of Italian-American cooking, and having some laughs along the way!

Today, I whipped up my famous pan-fried Italian meatballs with sweet caramelized onions, hot cherry peppers, fresh arugula, and shaved Parmigiano Reggiano, all piled high on my delicious homemade artisan bread and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil!🤌🏻🔥

✨ ANOTHER INCREDIBLE NIGHT AT FOXWOODS! ✨

What a night! I’m still taking it all in and feeling incredibly grateful. ❤️

It is such an honor to host and curate these special dining experiences for the VIP guests at Foxwoods—bringing together food, family, stories and the kind of moments that make a night truly memorable.

A huge thank you to 🧑🏻‍🍳Chef April April Carroll Vittone and her incredible culinary team, and to the entire Foxwoods team, for working alongside me to bring my vision and menu to life. Every detail, every course and every moment is a true team effort, and I’m so grateful for this continued opportunity.

And making this night even more special was celebrating my debut cookbook, Bring Back Sunday Dinner, with a VIP book signing! 📖🇮🇹 Seeing everyone with the book in their hands, signing copies, taking photos and hearing your kind words meant more to me than I can say. The book signing was a huge success, and my heart is FULL.
