Juicy Steak with Creamy Garlic Sauce 🥩🧄

Ingredients:
- 4 beef steaks (sirloin or ribeye)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup beef or chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
1. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
2. Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or cook to your preferred doneness. Remove steaks and set aside to rest.
3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Lower the heat and pour in heavy cream and stock. Stir in Dijon mustard, thyme, salt, and pepper. Let the sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
5. Return the steaks to the skillet and spoon the sauce over them. Let them warm for 1-2 minutes.
6. Serve steaks topped with the creamy garlic sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.

Ingredients

1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, softened

½ cup (100g) powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 ¾ cups (220g) all-purpose flour

¼ cup (30g) cornstarch

¼ teaspoon salt

Optional: Granulated sugar for coating

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Dough
In a bowl, beat butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and mix well.

2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients
Sift together flour, cornstarch, and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture and mix until a soft dough forms.

3️⃣ Chill the Dough
Shape the dough into a log, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill for at least 30 minutes.

4️⃣ Slice & Bake
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Slice dough into ½-inch rounds and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges are slightly golden.

No Bake homemace crunch bars using just one bowl, 5 ingredients and less than 2 minutes! This quick and easy snack or dessert is naturally gluten free, vegan, dairy free and can be made sugar free!

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups crisp rice cereal

INSTRUCTIONS:

Melt the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and salt together. You can do this in a microwave, or in a double boiler by adding an inch of water to a small saucepan and placing a heat-safe bowl on top of the pot. Bring the water to a boil, and gently stir the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and salt together until they are smoothy melted.
Place the rice cereal in a large bowl. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the rice cereal and stir well, until evenly coated.
Lightly grease a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan and press a piece of parchment paper into the bottom of the pan. (The oil will hold the parchment paper in place.) Transfer the crunch bar mixture into the pan, and smooth the top with a spatula. Place the pan on a flat surface in the freezer to chill until firm, about 1 hour.
When the chocolate feels firm to the touch, you can use the parchment paper to lift the bars out of the pan. Use a sharp knife to slice the chocolate into 1-inch bars. You can make "fun size" bars by slicing the chocolate down the center, as well. (See photos for reference.)
These crunch bars are best kept in an airtight container in the fridge, for up to 2 weeks. When you use an all-natural peanut butter, they will become softer when left at room temperature for too long. You can also freeze these for up to 3 months, if you'd like to store them longer.

Pioneer Woman Sausage Gravy 😋 1lb breakfast sausage 1/4 cup flour 2 cups milk Salt & pepper to taste Brown the sausage in large pan on medium heat. Do not drain grease. Mix in 1/4 cup flour. Stir well until you cannot see white anymore. Then add 2 cups milk. Stir well again. Add salt & pepper and continue cooking on medium heat until bubbles appear. Ingredients

8 slices of bread (slightly stale works best), cut into small cubes
4 large eggs
1 ½ cups milk
⅓ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
For the Cinnamon Sugar Topping:
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
⅓ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Bread Mixture
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with paper liners.
Place the bread cubes in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg (if using), and melted butter.
Step 2: Assemble the Muffins
Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes and gently toss to ensure all the bread is coated. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes to absorb.
Divide the soaked bread mixture evenly among the prepared muffin cups, pressing down lightly to compact.
Step 3: Bake the Muffins
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the muffins are set.

- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for cooking
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.

Chewy Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar until well combined.

Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, sift together the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Fold in the chocolate chips if using.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

A good Greek salad never gets old. I can honestly eat one every day! This one is made with romaine lettuce 3, chickpeas, tomatoes , cucumbers , feta cheese, red onion ), kalamata olives, banana peppers and fresh chopped parsley • all tossed in a homemade Greek vinaigrette. I like to switch up the proteins by sometimes adding chicken or salmon instead of the chickpeas and enjoy with some toasted pita bread.
To make the Greek vinaigrette add the following ingredients to a small mason jar, tightly close the lid and shake well:

½ cup extra virgin olive oil.
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar.
¼ cup fresh lemon juice.
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
1 tbsp. dried oregano.
1 tsp. salt.
½ tsp. black pepper.

Add as much or as little dressing to the salad for your preferred taste and save the rest for later. It was so darn delicious. Hope you're having a great day!

My kids keep asking me to make it. I've been making this for years.

NO BAKE LEMON PIE 🍋

3 ingredients, so easy, so cheap to make but, it tastes like a million dollars!! Can use strawberries and blueberries too!!

Ingredients:
1 Pie Crust
2 cups sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup lemon juice
Directions:
Pour two cups of sweetened condensed milk into a mixing bowl
Add Lemon Juice and Stir
Pour into the Pie Crust and refrigerate for a couple hours
Whipped cream for topping after it sets
