Picnic Potato Skin Bites Ingredients: 1-2 Dz. Baby Red Rose Creamer Potatoes Bacon (Cooked/Diced) Cheddar Cheese Sour Creme Chives Directions: Cut potatoes in half scoop out inside.Toss potatoes in a bowl with Olive Oil, Salt,Pepper. Place on cookie sheets with a piece of parchment paper Bake at 350 degrees/30 minutes. Remove add Cheddar & Bacon. Place in oven 5 minutes.Top with Sour Creme & Diced Chives.
