- 2 tbsp sugar (for strawberries)

Directions:

2. Heat the Milk & Cream: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, whole milk, half of the sugar, salt, and vanilla bean seeds (including the pod). Bring just to a gentle boil, then remove from heat.
3. Temper the Egg Yolks: In a separate bowl, whisk together egg yolks and remaining sugar until smooth. Gradually pour the hot milk mixture into the yolks, whisking constantly to prevent scrambling.

1. In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar. Slice the vanilla bean in half lengthwise, scrape out the seeds, and toss both seeds and pod into the saucepan. Heat over medium until the mixture starts to steam—don’t let it boil!
2. While that’s heating, whisk together the egg yolks and a pinch of salt in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy. Gradually pour some of the hot cream into the egg yolks while whisking constantly. This prevents the eggs from scrambling! Once combined, slowly mix in the remaining cream mixture.

🍽 Ingredients:
• 1 ½ lbs beef tips, cubed 🥩
• 2 tbsp butter 🧈
• 1 small onion, chopped 🧅
• 3 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
• 2 cups beef broth 🍲
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 🌿
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning ✨
• 1 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water) for thickening
• Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
• 12 oz egg noodles, cooked 🍜

🔥 How to Make It:
