And just like that it’s been a month and a half since I started my new job, so enjoy the first segment of random food pic dump at my new-ish gig 📸

1. Basque cheesecake with strawberries
2. Brûlée doughnuts filled with red bean and dusted with kinako
3. Stuffed wings for an event
4. That one time they made Taiwanese food for family meal made me cry happy tears because tomato and egg is literally my favorite 🍅 🥚
5. Peaches and cream danish
6. Strawberry mascarpone baked Alaska that I’m planing on putting on the menu at the end of this month

I’ve disappeared from this page for a while I know I know, well life has been busy coz ya girl was trying to lock in and get a new job and new job she got, so here’s all the food/ pastry and random pics you’ve missed out in the last couple months.

1. My last dessert that I made at work: a frozen strawberry pretzel pie with cheese cake ice cream, fresh strawberries tossed in balsamic strawberry jam with LOTS of malted whipped cream and malted pretzel crunch
2. May cake of the month: mango cheesecake with coconut rice pudding
3. Jasmine cream cake roll with strawberry rhubarb compote
4. A delicious steak dinner my bf Alexander Perez made for me and my mom ♥️
5. Cinnamon roll bread pudding
6. Sometimes I do crave French toast. Like a really really good one
7. PORK BUNS. Pork made by my mom, I assembled them
8. A black and white sesame chocolate chip cookie
9. You already know. 🥞
10. June cake of the month: a very lemony cake with blueberries
11. The day I turned Alexander Perez Chinese… Mountain House
12. Everything I made for a tasting ( now going to be my new job ) while I was job hunting
13. Just a regular Friday night spent making cakes

Weather: just don’t go on a day that’s 105 degrees because you will definitely get a heat stroke like I did last year 🥲
