It is amazing to see people enjoying Zab’s at 8,000 Taco Bells around the country right now. Beyond our wildest datil pepper dreams. But it just hits us in a special way whenever we learn about Zab’s being on the table at a great restaurant when we didn’t even know about it. Whether the restaurant is big or small, many locations or independent, it’s a big deal for us. Makes our day every time. We can’t wait to visit and try them all (“business trip”) and say thank you for trusting us to deliver a moment of slowness and deliciousness to your table.

We’re so excited to take our little traveling datil pepper show on the road, and we’re grateful to each of you for being along for this ride with us. What a scenic route it has been thus far. Whether enjoying Zab’s at the Farmers Market, with your breakfast at home, or at one of our incredible restaurant partners, we appreciate each of you. Putting a smile on your face puts a smile on ours.

Coming soon to a cheese store near you! We switched up our hot honey bottle ever so slightly. You may notice, or you may not, but we sure do as “the little things are the big things” in Zab’s world. Wider cap so you can store it upside down if you’re into that kinda thing, and you can’t see it here but the cap is also designed to make the honey drizzle with less mess and more accuracy. Always trying to make improvements and welcome your suggestions! Anyway have a nice day.

Hey that’s us! is back on TV with a hot sauce company retreat and we had some laughs with their writers sharing our experience about the trials and tribulations of hot sauce making and business. Not sure if it was helpful but it was indeed fun! “Special Thanks” to you all for giving us the chance to pretend to be experts and more importantly enjoying what we do every day!
