Milk Man Cheese Services will be taking a break for a while in the month of October, refocusing the cheesy chakras.

Today at Mar Vista Farmers' Market and Atwater Village Farmers Market : Labne, salted + unsalted butter, raw Lionza, raw savory cheddar, raw blue, fresh mozz + burrata, and greek yogurt and more. Pretty much the whole megillah.

The Milk Report:

1) Starting next week, find Milk Man at the Calabasas Farmers Market every Saturday from 8 AM to 1 PM, right off the 101 on the main drag. The men have been looking for a spot to rep in the Valley and this is it. Stay tuned for more.

2) Welcome new Milk Man PJ. He will be at Atwater Village Farmers Market this weekend. PJ should be a familiar face in Atwater and I'm very proud to have him on the team -- he's a keeper.
