Chicken Bacon Ranch Pinwheels
Ingredients 🛒:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup cream cheese, softened
½ cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp chopped green onions
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions 👩🍳:
Prepare Filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, shredded chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese, and green onions until well combined.
Spread Mixture: Lay tortillas flat and evenly spread the chicken mixture across each tortilla.
Roll Tightly: Roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape. Wrap in plastic wrap if needed.
Chill: Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to help the rolls firm up for easier slicing.
Slice Pinwheels: Cut each tortilla roll into 1-inch pinwheel slices.
Serve: Arrange on a plate, sprinkle with parsley, and enjoy as an appetizer or snack.
