This 6.5% ABV West Coast IPA is a favorite in the taproom & not only is it tasty as heck, but it features original artwork of the goodest boy, Pappy!

Pappy is a West Coast IPA that features a fun hop combination of Mosaic & Nelson Sauvin. The result of those two hops being featured in this beer is an aroma overload of kiwi, passion fruit, & limequat. A crisp, refreshing, & slightly bitter IPA that you can enjoy more than one of throughout the evening with friends.

Fresh hops are here!

Yesterday we picked up some fresh hop Strata from our friends ! These hops were picked from the bines early Wednesday morning, bagged up, put onto a plane from Oregon to Burbank, & then put right into our brew all in the same day!

These brews are always so rad & we’re excited to share them with you all. This is the first fresh hop beer we’ll be doing this year, but we’ll have more in a few weeks; keep your eyes peeled!

A staff favorite West Coast Pils that focuses on thiols without utilizing thiolized yeast. A super tropical explosion of a beer that boasts an array of flavors & aromas in each sip.

DDH Hand of Josh is a 5.8% ABV double dry-hopped West Coast Pilsner that showcases some of our favorite hops from New Zealand. Within this beer, we used a combination of NZ Cascade, Nelson Sauvin T90, Nelson Sauvin Cryo, Nelson Sauvin Quantum, & Nelson Sauvin Hop Bliss from . This Nelson Sauvin-heavy Pils jumps out of the glass with intense notes of grapefruit, tropical citrus, & vibrant passion fruit.
