Don’t stress, we’ve got a Thursday release for ya!

Today we’re releasing No Stress, our double dry-hopped hazy DIPA. We haven’t released this one in a while, so we’re extra excited for it to be back! You know what else we’re excited for? This week’s food special, artichoke tacos!

No Stress is an 8% ABV DDH Hazy DIPA that we loaded with a massive amount of rad hops. We dry-hopped No Stress with a combo of Motueka, Vic Secret, Citra T90, Citra Cryo, & Citra Quantum. The result is a heavily saturated DIPA that bursts with aromatics of candied lime, tangerine, & vibrant pineapple. Each sip is full of “tropical craziness,” as Ross, our Director of Brewing, put it.

It’s Filipino Food Day at HPB!

All day today, we’ll have a Filipino-inspired food menu with 8 Filipino-inspired dishes! Take a look at today's menu:

•Cheese sticks - served with a side of Kewpie Sriracha mayo
•Pork Skewers - served with a side of pickled veggies & spicy vinegar
•Lumpia - ground pork & chicken, garlic, shredded carrots wrapped & fried, with a side of sweet chili sauce
•Pork Adobo Bowl - Garlic rice, slow-roasted pork, fried egg & pickled papaya
•Chicken ‘Inasal’ Sando - Marinated Grilled Chicken, Pickled Papaya & Carrot Veggies, Ginger & Scallions, Jalapeno relish, Kewpie Spicy Mayo on a Potato bun
•Longganisa Burger - Pork Smashed Longganisa Patty, Cheesy cheese, Garlic Chips, Banana ketchup on a potato bun

We’ll be showing game 2 of the Dodgers NLCS series in the taproom TV area on both TVs. Bring the crew by the taproom to see if the Dodgers can bounce back after yesterday’s tough loss against the Brewers. The game will be on the TVs, Baseball L***r pitchers will be flowing, & of course we’ll have great options from the HPB kitchen available throughout the game. Get an order of party wings!

A 5.3% ABV Modern Pilsner that highlights 's HBC 1134 Hyperboost, a concentrated hop oil extract designed to amplify variety-specific hop aromatics. HBC 1134 was bred specifically for modern la**rs, unveiling an American twist on the classic noble character. It delivers flavors of rose, pine, herbal, lemon & a hint of grapefruit.

Pleasant Pils is our 5.3 % ABV Italian Pilsner that has a firm hop presence & snappy bitterness. An HPB staff favorite, this Pilsner has a slightly weightier body compared to some of our other Pilsners, but it’s still very crispy & easy drinking, especially in this heat! Pick up a four-pack from the taproom today.

This take on Hello, LA contains all the usual aromas you come to expect from this West Coast IPA, like tropical fruit & vibrant tangerine, plus a fresh, green, saturated hop intensity thanks to the Cryo Fresh Hops.

Classic Hello, LA amped up with a cold side addition of fresh hops! Hello LA’s standard tropical fruit & fresh tangerine aromas, plus a fresh, green, saturated hop intensity from the wet hops. This year’s batch includes Mosaic & Krush Cryo Fresh hops for an extra tropical experience.

For Fresh Hop Hello, LA, we took our flagship West Coast IPA & tossed in some fun hops to create that fresh hop experience. We used a combination of Cryo Fresh Mosaic & Krush, Mosaic Cryo, Citra 803 hop oil, & Citra T90 hops. With the addition of those Cryo Fresh hops, your senses will experience tropical fruit aromatics, fresh tangerine, & a green, saturated hop intensity.
