Holidays are upon us and sides like these are fun, easy, and healthy for the whole family.. Stuffed squash boats were filled with butternut squash, yellow and green zucchini, grilled red onions, garlic , roasted white corn and mushrooms... These were easy and fun.. Topped these with Asiago, Romano and Parmesan Cheese and placed in the oven for 10min... Let us cater your next holiday gathering or party!
